PLACARSOFT LTDA ("Narena", "we"), registered under Brazilian CNPJ 48.018.735/0001-79, headquartered at Avenida Bayer Filho, 1287, Sala 02, Centro, Tijucas - SC, 88200-000, Brazil, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through the Narena platform (mobile app and website). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use the platform:

• Registration data: full name, e-mail, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), phone number and date of birth.
• Location data: geographic coordinates to search for nearby clubs and courts.
• Payment data: information required to process payments via PIX and credit card, managed by the Asaas payment gateway.
• Usage data: booking history, participation in leagues and tournaments, ELO rating and game statistics.
• Device data: device model, operating system and push-notification tokens.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to:

• Create and manage your account on the platform.
• Process court bookings and manage scheduling.
• Perform intelligent matchmaking based on the ELO rating system.
• Process payments and split amounts between participants via Asaas (PIX and credit card).
• Send push notifications about bookings, matches and relevant updates.
• Improve the user experience and the platform's functioning.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

Your data may be shared with the following service providers, exclusively for the purposes described in this policy:

• Supabase: user authentication and session management.
• Asaas: processing payments via PIX and credit card, and financial management.
• Firebase (Google): sending push notifications.
• Sentry: error monitoring and application stability.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction, including role-based access control (RBAC), input validation and continuous monitoring.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Deletion: request the deletion of your personal data, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.
• Portability: request the transfer of your data to another service provider.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time.
• Objection: object to the processing of data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.

Your personal data will be kept while your account is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After account deletion, your data will be anonymized or deleted within 30 days, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by e-mail. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this document.
